In short

• You inquire by e-mail. "Email me the results" is the only form that sends what you type (your e-mail address) to us.
• When needed, we may share the information needed to assess and arrange a trial with the Japanese maker, Japan System Planning Co., Ltd., and with Tengcle Co., Ltd. (Tokyo).
• The site sets no cookies. We count visits with Cloudflare Web Analytics, which uses no cookies.
• To stop our sales e-mails, reply "unsubscribe." We stop within 10 business days.

1. About us

Tengcle Development LLC ("Tengcle," "we," "us") is a New Jersey limited liability company.

This site is for businesses, such as building owners and facility managers, in New Jersey and New York.

It promotes a trial of NMR Pipetector, a device made by Japan System Planning Co., Ltd. (Tokyo; "JSP").

2. Information we receive

(1) Your inquiry

Apart from "Email me the results" (see (5)), there is no form that sends what you type to us.

The inquiry button opens a draft to pipetector@tengcle.com in your own e-mail app. You decide whether to send it.

What you type in the inquiry form stays in your browser. It reaches us only if you send it as an e-mail.

An e-mail contains what you write, such as:

• Your name, title, e-mail address and phone number
• Your property's name, address and type, your piping and the problems you see
• Photos or drawings you attach

E-mails also include the sender address, date and time, and delivery information.

Send only the photos and drawings needed to assess the trial (for example, the pipes and equipment). Please leave out faces and unrelated confidential information. Don't send personal information we don't need.

(2) Technical data when you visit

This site is delivered through Cloudflare, Inc. ("Cloudflare").

When you open a page, Cloudflare's systems process technical data such as your IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time. This shows you the site, keeps it secure and blocks abuse.

(3) Site analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics. It counts, in aggregate, page views, where visitors came from (referrer), country, device type, browser and operating system, and page performance.

According to Cloudflare, it:

• does not use cookies or local storage,
• does not fingerprint visitors or track them across sites.

Cloudflare Web Analytics does not record query strings (the part of a URL after "?").

We see totals, not individuals. A script blocker can block the analytics script.

We also count how many times each page is opened and how many times buttons such as "Check if my loop fits" are pressed, by page and button, together with the version label in the page's address (such as "?v=e1"). The label names a version of the page or of an e-mail link, never a person. Only the counts are recorded: no cookies are used, and no IP addresses or information that identifies you is recorded.

(4) Public business contacts

We may collect business contact details of building and property owners and managers (company, contact name, business e-mail) from public records and other public sources.

We use them to invite businesses to our trial by e-mail.

Each such e-mail says it is an advertisement and includes our postal address and how to opt out.

(5) "Email me the results"

Under the case results, you can enter your e-mail address to receive the results and a one-page photo guide.

When you press "Email me the results," we receive your e-mail address, the page you sent it from, the version label in the page's address (if any) and the time we received it.

We use your address only to send the results and the photo guide and to contact you about this Round 1 trial.

We store it in our Cloudflare account (Workers KV). Every e-mail we send includes how to opt out.

3. How we use information

We use information to:

• Reply to your inquiry, and send the results and photo guide you ask for
• Assess whether the device can be used in your building and piping
• Arrange and run a trial with JSP
• Follow up after a trial and tell you about future rounds (only if you ask)
• Invite businesses to our trial by e-mail, using public business contact details
• Keep this site secure and improve it
• Meet legal obligations

We do not sell your information. We do not give it to advertising companies.

4. Who handles it

• Tengcle Co., Ltd. (Tokyo). It prepares our explanatory materials and the proposal for each building. To do this, it receives building and piping information, photos and drawings, and contact details. The information goes to Japan, where laws differ from US laws.
• JSP (Japan). When needed, we may share the information needed to assess and arrange a trial (building and piping information, photos and drawings, and contact details). We share it only for that purpose. It goes to Japan, where laws differ from US laws.
• Google (Gmail, Google Workspace) and Cloudflare. They process data for us. We use Google Workspace to receive and store e-mail, and Cloudflare to deliver and analyze the site and to store the addresses sent with "Email me the results." They may use their own subcontractors and locations in several countries.
• Providers of AI services. We may have them process inquiry content (message text, attachments and contact details) to help organize e-mail and draft replies. They process it for us and may use their own subcontractors and locations in several countries.
• Legal and professional advisers, courts, and government authorities. We may give them information when required by law or to protect our rights or the rights of others.
• Business transfer. If we transfer our business, the information may pass to the new owner. We will update this policy and give notice as described in this policy and as required by law. The promises made here continue to apply to information collected under this policy.

We share information only in the cases described in this section. We do not sell your information.

5. Cookies and tracking

• This site sets no cookies. There is no login.
• We do not track you across other sites, and we do not use your browsing for advertising.
• According to Cloudflare, Cloudflare Web Analytics does not use cookies or local storage, does not fingerprint visitors, and does not track them across sites.
• Separately, Cloudflare processes technical information such as IP addresses to deliver and secure the site (see 2(2)). Because Cloudflare delivers and secures many websites, for those purposes it may handle technical information such as the same visitor's IP address over time and across multiple sites, including this one. This is governed by Cloudflare's own privacy policy.
• We do not respond differently to "Do Not Track" signals, because we do not track you across sites. Everyone is treated the same.

6. How long we keep it

• Inquiry e-mails and attachments: for what we hold, while needed for the inquiry, the trial and related business records. We delete them when no longer needed. Tengcle Co., Ltd. keeps and deletes what it receives on these same terms. Information already given to JSP is handled by JSP.
• Addresses sent with "Email me the results": kept while needed for Round 1, then deleted; deleted sooner if you ask. If you opt out, we keep only the address on the suppression list.
• Business contacts collected from public sources for sales e-mails: kept only while needed to invite that business to the trial, and deleted when no longer needed. If someone opts out, we keep only the address on the suppression list.
• Opt-out list: we keep it so we keep honoring your request.
• Cloudflare's records: for the periods Cloudflare sets.

7. Security

• The site is served only over HTTPS.
• We handle inquiries in a Google Workspace account protected by a password and two-step verification. Within Tengcle, access is limited to those who handle inquiries and trials.
• No method of sending or storing data is completely secure. Send only what is needed.

8. Your requests

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you and give you a copy
• Correct it
• Delete it

E-mail pipetector@tengcle.com. We may ask a few questions to confirm it is you. We aim to respond within 45 days.

We may decline in reasonable cases, such as when we must keep information by law. We will tell you why.

If you have rights under applicable state law, use the same address. We will handle your request as that law requires.

To stop sales e-mails: reply "unsubscribe" or e-mail us. No verification is needed. We stop within 10 business days.

We keep only your address on a suppression list so we don't e-mail it again. This covers sales e-mails only, not replies about an ongoing trial.

9. Children

This site is for building owners and facility managers, not for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. If we learn we have, we will delete it.

10. Changes

We may change this policy. We will update this page and the "Last updated" date.

For a significant change, such as a new kind of information or a new recipient, we will also post a notice at the top of this page.
